YOP – year 5 week 45

YOP 5a

News from here this week is a bit sparse.

I’m running a KAL for my Fíorghrá pattern from Sun May 15th to Sun Jun 26th, details of which including prizes and discount code can all be read HERE

Fíorghrá KAL

I’ve chosen my yarn and beads for my own version of Fíorghrá, it is heavily inspired by that clip there of Mr Darcy.

I’ve made some but not a lot of progress on my Simones Wedding Shawl, I am hoping to relax some later and work on some more sections. I’ve this garter stripe section to finish and then catch up on two more sections.

The bulk of what I’ve been working on this week has been on my Gaineamh sample. It will be coming up in the next two weeks for test knitting.

I will also have a new pattern release on Thursday, which I’m very excited about! Photoshoots for that were happening earlier this week and the newsletter has gone out, few last minute checks on my end and it’s ready to go and the test knitters did THE most AMAZING job on their samples…I’m blown away by them!

I’ve managed to get some project pages up to date and have a few more to do. I’ve also made the folder for YOP 6 and I’ve been thinking of plans and lists for that in my spare moments…have you guys?

Ok list..let’s have a look, although I don’t think it has actually changed much from last week.
