YOP Update

Good Morning Bloggers…

Decided to get my update in before the day goes on much further, we are having my parents over for Easter dinner so it will get busy later.

I’m not sure what I’m updating about this week as I’ve done zero knitting, well I suppose you could count the 10 rows I’ve done on a dishcloth but really that’s pitiful.

I have been spring cleaning all week, yes all, what a mad notion that was last weekend !
Thank goodness spring comes only once lol.

Now that its all done I can look forward to the remainder of the children’s Easter holidays being spent crafting..happy days as I now have to catch up.

I’ve been looking at my list and I’m about 50 % of the way there so obviously there is no way I’m gonna finish this list before the end so I’m going to decide what if any I’m going to carry over. Thank you all for the tips on the best way to tackle a year of socks next year. I’m going to go with a mixture of socks from a book and some favourites from Ravelry.
Yesterday was my birthday and I asked for sock yarn so I got vouchers and this week I’m going to order some yarn that will go towards this goal !!
I need to build up my stash of sock yarn what with only after starting to knit socks I’ve hardly any 😉

I want to wish you all a very Happy Easter and I’ll look forward to catching up with you all this week.

I’ll be back with an update tomorrow or Tuesday with a stitching update and dishcloth challenge will have two cloths this week, which brings me up to date.

Happy knitting,
Ruth

Happy Birthday and Happy Easter (bit late, I know…) What a great gift. I agree, some weeks are 10 rows of a dishcloth weeks and that's how it is. Looking forward to seeing your sock choices 🙂
