More Folly Updates

I have the last three days updates for you all from the folly.

Day 5 saw me starting the Taj Mahal project. This was a chart in the Cross Stitcher magazine issue 224 . It was designed for them by Carol Phillipson. I love this project for its sheer simplicity of navy evenweave and different shades of cream.
Here are some pictures to show you.

Day 6 I started a project called Renaissance Peacock by Anchor. I switched the 14 count aida in this for some 28ct Jazlyn Antique White.

Yesterday was my birthday and I got some wonderful cards and presents from my family and friends.
I am in several birthday thread and present exchanges and here is a small picture of the cards and presents and threads I received from the lovely stitching friends I have. Don’t you think stitching friends are some of the finest in the world ? I do.

As its my birthday month in the next day or so I’ll have details up of a giveaway I’m having so keep checking back for info and how to on it.

Happy stitching,
